I don't know many lawyers who are feeling nostalgic about law school. But if you're the exception, you might want to take a look at the many fine weblogs written by law students. A few examples:
Shameless Self-Promotion hails from Brooklyn Law School. In this post, I learned that exam bluebooks are being replaced by computers, proving once and for all that nothing is sacred.
Three Years of Hell to Become the Devil, by a future graduate of Columbia University, has a slick design and a catchy title perfectly suited for later work in a "judicial hellhole."
sua sponte concerns the author's "law school odyssey: the ongoing narrative." In the blog's right column, you'll see links to 122 other weblogs by law students, plenty to keep you busy for awhile if the three weblogs mentioned here whet your appetite for more.

I am a first year law student in California. I am actually a struggling law student in Cali. I was recently in an accident, the other party was at fault. I have not been able to get a response from the insurance company. The driver claims he had his signal on, however he made a left turn from the right lane. Can you give me some pointers on how to handle this situation I was told that insurance companies shut down when you get an attorney involved, is this your experience, and how do you get around this?
