According to the Associated Press, a panel of appellate judges in Pennsylvania heard arguments Tuesday about the fate of a gray squirrel named Nutkin, whose owners were allegedly violating state law by keeping the squirrel as a pet. (Thanks to abnu of Wordlab for e-mailing the link.)

In what states is it oK to keep a squirrel as a pet? So far I've found out that Florida is one such state.
