. . . But first, I need to learn a little more about the candidates. So I'm going to spend another hour or so watching their television commercials. So far, I've learned this: political candidates are mean.
For some additional insight into the presidential election, I also checked in with the following law-bloggers who are posting about the election:
Jim Dedman's voting for Bush, and writes about memories-of-elections-past; Scheherazade's in the Kerry camp, and is doing a little campaigning, too; Rufus has drafted a fantasy-Bush-concession-scenario, described in the unparalleled Rufus style; Walter Olson is warning of the dangers of a close election; Ernie is tightlipped, but reminds readers not to be intolerant of other political views; George Wallace is tightlipped too, but has taken the opportunity to write some double-dactyl electoral doggerel; and David Giacalone is reminding election lawyers: don't be frivolous.
Won't it be nice when this election is behind us? Call me crazy, but it's all I can think about. Help!
