Are Solos Really That Boring?
A weblog that never quite took off: Anonymous Solo Attorney.
UPDATE: The weblog's tagline is "the story of a solo attorney making it day by day." As it turns out, "day by day" is a hugely popular song title. In the comments, I explore possible theme music for the anonymous solo attorney, if his weblog ever gets off the ground.

Hilarious.

Someone who I assume was the author of this weblog sent me a link a few weeks or months ago. There used to be content. Andrea surmised that the anonymous solo attorney was too busy "making it day by day" to have time to keep up the weblog.
"Day by Day" is a popular song title, by the way. Had the weblog kept going, the author could have chosen from these theme songs:
1. The religious anonymous solo attorney:
2. The know-nothing anonymous solo attorney:
3. The bitter and cynical anonymous solo attorney:
4. The romantic anonymous solo attorney:
5. The political anonymous solo attorney:

Then there's Badfinger's "Day After Day":
I remember finding out about you
Every day, my mind is all around you
Looking out from my lonely room, day after day
Bring it home, baby, make it soon
I give my love to you
I remember holding you while you sleep
Every day, I feel the tears that you weep
Looking out of my lonely gloom, day after day
Bring it home, baby, make it soon
I give my love to you
[duel slide guitar solo (Pete Ham and George Harrison)]
Looking out of my lonely room, day after day
Bring it home, baby, make it soon
I give my love to you
I remember finding out about you
Every day, my mind is all around you
Looking out of my lonely gloom, day after day
Bring it home, baby, make it soon
I give my love to you.

P.S. I just realized that "duel slide-guitar solo" (which I copied from the Badfinger lyrics website) is an oxymoron. The phrase should read, "Slide-guitar duet by Pete Ham and George Harrison." Evan, you can fix it for me or leave it as is, with this correction. (Good thing I don't pay people who catch my mistakes!)
