Today's Legal Underground Words of the Week are child support and non-support. The definitions are read by all of the Schaeffer children who are old enough to read--Lydia (15), Austin (12), and Zoe (8). Sam (8 months) sat this one out.
You can hear the production as an MP3 or as a podcast by subscribing to this RSS feed with iPodder or a similar product. The music was assembled from samples and loops with Acid Pro 3.0.
If you'd like to participate in my audio-blogging word-of-the-week project, simply choose a suitable word from Black's Law Dictionary, record yourself reading it, and then send it to me as an mp3, wav, or DSS file. I'll set it to music for the entire world to hear, and you can use it as a stepping stone to American Idol.
This post is dedicated to the attorney general of Michigan, who's had trouble in the past pushing the idea of child support.
