If you're a guy like the one in the previous post--that is, a guy who needs a lawyer who knows something about dessert--who do you hire?
Why, these guys, of course--
It's the Florida firm of ShuffieldLowman, which felt so strongly about ice cream that it appealed the Florida bar's decision to reject its ice-cream-celebrating ad on the ground that it unfairly compared its performance to other law firms. (Hey, is that chocolate in the upper right? Better check it for fingers.)
According to blogger Gerry Riskin, the Florida bar also feared that the phrase "expect more from your law firm" might create unjustified expectations about the results the firm could achieve.
ShuffieldLowman won on appeal. What does it mean for its Florida competitors? They better Mooooo-ve over!

Did they intend the ad to be directed to people of color - don't you want a law firm where more flavors are represented, or are you willing to settle for vanilla?
