"Legal Underground Sex" on iTunes (discussing gender issues in the law) would beat the pants off that title.

You're welcome!

Evan, you ever read Roy Black's book, "Black's Law"? The guy is an excellent writer. I've also listened to CLE lectures he's given and read some transcripts from him. He's a brilliant lawyer. Rush Limbaugh had the money to retain anyone; he retained Roy Black.
Of course, your point that "the public" might not know who he is, is a fair one. But I wouldn't discount the guy. If Black's giving trial tips, then the show should be required watching.

Mike: I didn't mean to suggest that Black isn't a great lawyer. The problem isn't Black. The problem is the concept, which is hokey. And trial tips? Who's the audience for the show--not lawyers and law students, but the general TV-watching public. Those people don't want to see trial tips. They want to see good-looking people publicly humiliated. That's what you'll see, in my opinion.
But maybe I'm wrong. Like I said, I plan to watch some of it to find out.
