VIOXX TRIALS POPPING UP ALL OVER, INCLUDING ONE IN THE CHOCTAW TRIBAL COURT . . . According to the joint report of liaison counsel filed in the federal MDL, the following Vioxx trials have been scheduled for next year:

• 2/27/06. Cona and McDarby, New Jersey;
• 3/20/06. Zajicek, Jackson County, Texas;
• 4/17/06. Guerra, Hidalgo County, Texas;
• 4/24/06. Hatch, McFarland, and LoPresti in New Jersey;
• 5/1/06. Kozic, Hillsborough County, Florida;
• 6/5/06. Doherty and Klug, New Jersey;
• 6/21/06. Undetermined plaintiff, Los Angeles County, California; and
• 8/7/06. Anderson, Tribal Court of Mississippi Choctaw Indians.
