LACK-OF-POWER UPDATE . . . It's the sixth day of what the Associated Press is calling a "blackout" in the St. Louis area. There are still about 200,000 outages, down from 600,000 on Friday morning.

Here's hoping that everyone gets power soon. As for me, the power went on for awhile at the house over the weekend before it went out again for another day. Then it came back on for good on Sunday afternoon.

At the office I use in St. Louis, the power never went out. That's how I got on the Internet last Friday to post. Meanwhile, at my main office in Illinois, it was five days without power. It came back on sometime early this morning. Everything's back to normal now.
