The Joint Report also lists an October 29 case in Madison County, IL (Auslander), but this case, which like the Donohoo case is one of mine, was transferred to Chicago and doesn't yet have a trial date. The Donohoo trial date is also suspect because the judge who gave us the trial date no longer has the case. When a new judge is assigned to the case, we may or may not get a new trial date.
