Thank you for reminding me to check into Michael A. Kahn at my library. Meanwhile, Kahn and Blachman should inspire others to head over to the webpages of WVU law professor James R. Elkins, who has given much thought to issues such as the Lawyer-as-Writer, and Lawyers & Literature, and Lawyers and Poetry. A slow 'tween-holiday week seems like a good opportunity to browse Prof. Elkins' materials and to consider subscribing to his Legal Studies Forum, which has frequently spotlighted the work of lawyer-authors.
