Evan - You and JR both have pleasant-sounding voices. I'm jealous, as my voice sucks.

In Georgia we have a law that allows third year students to practice law under the watchful eye of a District Attorney or a Public Defender. It is known as the Third Year Practice Act. This ability to get out in front of a judge early on is great experience, but can lead to a number of things that suck. How about this. Arguing for the state on a motion to supress brought on from a road side search of a car. When it is your turn to give Her Honor your closing remarks you actually say, on the record, "Before the officer plowed right through the First Amendment." Catching yourself using the phrase "plowed right through" in front of a state court judge whom you hoped would believe your story sucks.

Awesome!! Okay, I have to try Podcasting now, too...
