DENISE HOWELL SET TO BECOME PODCASTING SUPERSTAR . . . I almost missed the announcement that Denise Howell is joining with Leo Laporte to do a podcast called This Week in Law. According to Laporte, the podcast will cover "the myriad legal issues surrounding copyright, net neutrality, privacy, and security." Howell will host, and Laporte will add it to the several other popular podcasts that are part of This Week in Tech network.

Given the popularity of TWIT, it won't be long before Howell is most famous podcasting lawyer in techland--or anywhere else, for that matter.
